Cross of Love

"Lovi!~" Out of seemingly nowhere, the Spanish man by the name of Antonio hugged-tackled-glomped the Italian by the name of Lovino. Said Italian male screamed (manly damn it!) and fell off his chair, tumbling to the floor in a heap of limbs. "Damn it, bastardo! Get off! GET OFF!" With another (manly) scream, Romano shoved the very clingy Spanish man to the other side. But, the ever-oblivious Spaniard did not notice the Italian's discomfort and scooted closer holding out a present with a tri-colour bow on top, taking Lovino by surprise. He took the box and shook it once before finally opening it.
Inside the box was a small cross pendant. Lovino held it up and examined it on all sides. "My grandmother gave me it when I was very young. She said to give it to the one that I lovemost. It has been said that the cross has magical powers. It's been said to bear protection to the wearer." Antonio slid the necklace over his neck before kissing the cool metal. "Promise me you'll wear it always, Lovi."
Lovino was shocked. Spain, the man who only cared about him, announced his love with a cross. "I-I will.. I will, Spa-Antonio." And, with a flourish, he leaned closer, and Antonio kissed him hungerily, passionetly.

Anyway, the night was wild and Lovino woke up sore. He cursed Spain with all his might, both in Italian and English, while Spain just smiled all the while. 'It was worth it.' he thought, shushing Lovino with a kiss. 'Everything was worth it.'
